Get your climbing history transferred from the old app to your new Kilter Board account in two steps.

Request Your Data from Aurora

Email Aurora's support and ask for your data export. Include your old username and the email you used on the old app.

Send your request to: support@auroraclimbing.com

In your email, make sure to include:

Important: Manual claims can only recover published climbs (boulders you created). Your logbook, drafts, and other data cannot be recovered this way. For your complete history, we strongly recommend requesting your JSON file from Aurora using Step 1 above.
